Find out about our life-saving work inside Syria.
Seven years of war in Syria has created 5 million refugees, as well as internally displacing 6.3 million more Syrians.
In 2018, the violence is descending even further. The civilian death toll is rising as the world is standing by.
Eastern Ghouta has remained under siege for weeks. The loss of life is unbearable. Hospitals are being destroyed and women & children centres targeted with bombs. Our partners have reported further use of chemical weapons.
In one district of Eastern Ghouta, 93% of buildings have been damaged or destroyed, according to the latest UN satellite imagery analysis.
Help Refugees is proud and humbled to support a number of local Syrian organisations doing incredible work in the face of unimaginable adversity. Since November 2015, our work in Syria has benefited more than 300,000 people.
We are committed to doing everything we can to enable Syrians to rebuild their communities. We have funded emergency medical supplies, ambulances, primary and secondary health services in local hospitals and infant feeding programmes. We have funded safe spaces for children, food, blankets and much more.
Please donate to our emergency Syria appeal to support our implementing partners in their life-saving work.
