Help Refugees are delighted to have donated £20,000 towards The People’s Convoy which is leaving London today and heading to Northern Aleppo. The convoy is sending a truck of desperately needed medical supplies across Europe to help set up a new children’s hospital as all medical facilities have been destroyed in bombs. The supplies are expected to treat 5,000 children per month. There have been at least 382 attacks on medical facilities since the conflict began the majority of which have been carried out by the Syrian government. The convoy has been organised by The Syria Campaign, Hand in Hand for Syria , IDA, Can Do and other partners.
