Civilians are being targeted fleeing Eastern Aleppo

Civilians are too often collateral damage in wars, but today the people in Eastern Aleppo were targeted.

Civilians were forced to flee Eastern Aleppo today after heavy bombardment and whilst they were escaping, they were targeted with bombs. 45 people were killed and many more injured.

The civilians who remained received the below message.

There is no choice left for the Syrians living in Eastern Aleppo, it is reported that there are no fully-functioning hospitals left in the rebel-held territory and food ran out earlier in November.

We want to send aid to Syria, to help those who are left with no access to food or medical aid.
