MORE CHILDREN BROUGHT TO UK UNDER THE ALF DUBS AMENDMENT

We welcome the news that a group of vulnerable female minors have been transferred to the UK over the weekend. We are also delighted that they were given more privacy than the children transferred to Lunar house.

We still remained concerned for the approx 1000 children in accommodation centres across France who still have no information about what process lies in front of them. It is also important to remember that this uncertainty can cause children to take matters into their own hands, abscond and put themselves in danger. We must keep pressure on for the both governments to assess these children properly, immediately and then put them in appropriate care.

You can do this by writing to / tweeting your MP.
